New paintings from artist Jacqueline Stanhope

We hope this newsletter finds you well.

There’s lots happening at the gallery right now! We have brand new artwork and sculptures and there are many more pieces arriving over the coming weeks.  In addition we have a new and exciting collaboration with a wildlife sculptor…more details to be revealed soon!

We are delighted to offer brand new works by British equine artist Jacqueline Stanhope. Jacqueline’s reputation as one of the world’s finest equestrian and portrait artists conceals a broader fascination with the natural world and a lifelong love of animals. Jacqueline spent most of her childhood drawing animals on any scrap of paper she could find. At eleven, she discovered oil paints and that was an epiphany; nothing better captures their colour or texture. By the time she was in her teens she had taught herself to control this beautiful medium. From her Durham studio Jacqueline balances the weight of prestigious international commissions with the freedom to paint creatively and informally. Jacqueline has been at the forefront of equine art for a number of years and we are thrilled to offer new works in the gallery.

Due to the pandemic and the ever changing rules we understand that you might feel apprehensive visiting the gallery which is why we are happy to offer private appointment viewings. We kindly ask you to contact the gallery in advance and we will be happy to arrange a mutually convenient day and time for you to view our artwork in a safe controlled environment. We continue to monitor the situation in line with the latest Government guidance and take great care to ensure a safe environment for all. Face coverings are mandatory and we very much appreciate your care and consideration regarding this.

If you are unable to visit the gallery please remember we offer video / FaceTime appointments too.  We already have videos of many pieces on our website however we can provide videos of any piece, please just ask. We appreciated that buying artwork which you haven’t physically seen can raise doubt which is why we offer free UK delivery with a 14 day money back guarantee.

Please do not hesitate to contact the gallery for further assistance and I very much look forward to seeing you soon.

Best wishes, Bradley
