Well okay…the title of this news post doesn’t exactly fit with the soggy weather we have right now…however we must remain hopeful summer is definitely around the corner!
As part of our summer collection, Lancashire artist Philip Gerrard has been busy working on a collection of landscape studies, they include various subjects and rural views across Lancashire and the Lake District.
One of the works available titled “Foraging Pheasants” depicts a warm early evening view across the Forrest of Bowland. Philip’s detailed composition creates a delightful and serene view of this much loved Northern landscape.
