Welcome to Carnes Fine Art

Carnes Fine Art specialise in fine oil paintings and works on paper.  We also source sculptures and offer a bespoke framing service.  Carnes Fine Art was established in 2011 by company director Bradley Carnes.  Up until now we have been an online gallery, meeting our customers at seasonal art fairs and by home appointment.  We are so excited to announce, from 2nd February 2019 we will be based from our new art gallery at Cedar Farm in the rural and beautiful setting of Mawdesley, Lancashire.

Our expertise lies with British and French works of art however our collection is diverse.   We are incredibly passionate about art, what our business represents and connecting with our customers.  We are particularly excited to be working with young and upcoming artists, sharing their journey as their art evolves and their success grows.  We stock original art work by some of the country’s leading contemporary artists along with British modern artists.  We also acquire works by distinguished European artists – please see ‘Artists page’ for a comprehensive list.

Every piece we acquire is selected with condition, visual composition, provenance, desirability and quality front of mind.  Our collection is frequently updated and can be viewed on this website  (see ‘Collections page’ for defined categories) and at our new gallery.

At Carnes Fine Art we strive to ensure our customers receive the highest quality service.  We are pleased to offer a range of additional services including an art consultation service, so if you are looking to add a particular piece to your collection please do not hesitate to contact us, we would be more than happy to assist.
